We cannot tell you how pleased we are with this Mattress Factory. The sales experience was pleasant with no hard sell. They were patient and accommodating. We had an issue with our purchase after the sale and it was dealt with promptly and professionally. It was quite obvious that they were interested in satisfying us as their customer and that they back up what they sell. Dennis and Mark were very good to us and we are pleased to know that there are still companies and people who are interested in the customers satisfaction. The delivery service was also very good.
