We bought a full size pillow top mattress from the mattress factory. We had Mark as our sales person. He was polite, knowledgable and helpful. We put it on layaway and came in and made payments. When we were ready to make the final payment we called the day before to make sure it would be there and Marc called the warehouse and it was there the next day. He helped put it on our car as we opted not to have it delivered. I give him A+ and will recommend him and mattress factory to all my friends.
