Knowledgeable staff, clean store, and the best prices for the bedbug proof mattress covers!!! My family has survived the bed bug nightmare. This store was one a few retailers that did not try to take advantage ((UN-like ORKIN)) I should have reviewed Mattress Factory much sooner because they have helped us several times in past couple years! Do it yourselfers don't waste your time going any place else.
