I was impressed with the sales approach of this company. The background knowledge of my salesman, Jim, was extremely impressive and he was not there to sell me more, just to sell me what I wanted. In fact he talked me down in price. In comparison to sleepys, mattress factorys line of simmons was better quality at a lower cost. Jim didn't breath down my neck or try to talk me into anything, just simply presented the facts. 5 stars in my book, wouldn't suggest anywhere else!
