The retail mattress industry as a whole has become worse than the used car industry to the point where I walked out of several stores. My experience with Jesse was the best I've had out of approximately 7 different mattress stores. He was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I'd say he's a rare find for the company and I hope they know what they have with him. He even made me laugh (which is not something I'd judge any salesperson on, but was an added bonus). Bluntly, if you're looking to buy, make this your last stop, you won't be disappointed.
