The restonic mattress is firm but not too firm. It's so comfortable. It's super high with my box spring so I may have to buy a stepping stool lol. Chris was a superb salesman and I didn't feel pressure to buy anything. He was very knowledgeable about ALL mattress and together we made the right choice for me at a affordable price.
