Our experience was great! Dennis K. was very helpful and knowledgable. We shopped in Springfield. We had narrowed down our selections but Dennis was extremely helpful so we could make a final choice. This is not a pushy mattress store. They give you plenty of time to look around, lay around etc and are there to assist when you are ready. I would highly recommend them! Can't wait for our new mattress.
