Shopping in-store was pleasant. Our next purchase will not be here, though, as we should have purchased somewhere with a comfort guarantee -- the mattress we purchased does not feel like it did in the store. Also, we purchased an adjustable base which the installers set up on the highest height -- it is very difficult to change the height so it would have been nice if they would have asked how high we wanted the bed and showed us how to change the height ourselves.
